The Portes du Soleil ski area is the largest international resort in the world.

It is located in Upper Savoie on the border of Switzerland and France and offers more than 650 km of slopes.

The main centres of the area are Avoriaz and Morzine on the French side and Champéry and Morgins on the Swiss side. In total, Portes du Soleil is made up of 13 areas located between Mont Blanc and Lake Geneva.
